Recently, i was reading a book call The Heart of A Leader. It was gift from my distributor friend for Christmas present. I was too busy during the festive period and no time to flip through. When i started to read the book, suddenly i started to realise that everybody has a Heart (aka Heart is Love Shape right....). And Leader is also a human being so he/she also has a Heart. In Chinese we call it 领袖的心。Leaders must lead with a true heart, caring heart and sincere heart. Learn it all and apply it and people will start following you.
