Don't be mistaken, i m not promoting the stall, its an illustration for the viewer only. Here's the story.
Today, i was at Toa Payoh Lorong 8 hawker center queueing to buy 2 bowls of fish ball noodles. Its the 3rd day of Chinese New Year and most of the stalls are either close or work half day.
While queueing, i was observing the stall owner. She is a old lady in her 60's. She look strong, agile, full of energy and for the last 30 mins i was in the queue, she has been cooking the noodles non stop. My focus was on her for the next 30 mins until my turn when i have a close up view with her.
I was looking at her skill and procedures of cooking the noodles. Man, it was so systematic. And she made me realise 1 very important lesson today. She is working in the Building Mode!
I can see she wake up very early in the morning and at 1pm in the afternoon, still going strong. This is the typical example of business in Building Mode.
To be successful in any business, we must start to lock ourselves into Building Mode!
Lets Give A Salute to the 60's year old auntie warrior.
